Happy reading💖
Definition Of Bullying :
Bullying is an ongoing and deliberate misuse of power in relationships through repeated verbal, physical and/or social behaviour that intends to cause physical, social and/or psychological harm. It can involve an individual or a group misusing their power, or perceived power, over one or more persons who feel unable to stop it from happening.
Bullying can happen in person or online, via various digital platforms and devices and it can be obvious (overt) or hidden (covert). Bullying behaviour is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time (for example, through sharing of digital records).
Bullying of any form or for any reason can have immediate, medium and long-term effects on those involved, including bystanders.

How We Behave When We See Our Friends Being Bullied?
1. Stay calm and don't be easily provoked
Bullying incidents certainly make us nervous to the point of furious when they see it, but being reckless with anger is not the solution to this incident. You must be able to calm down and understand the situation first. Don't be easily provoked by the wrong people.
2. Ask about the condition of those who are 'bullied'
After you finish calming yourself down and neutralizing your thoughts you can ask the victim about their condition. Understanding situations that you already know you should convey in the right way. Avoid making the situation more complicated and cloudy when asking the 'victim' to share her feelings.

3. Offer to help them
Not everyone likes help, some of us may prefer to work this out alone or leave it at that. So you better ask and offer in advance about your good intentions to help them.
4. Be a friend to them
If you feel you have high empathy and can't bear to let them experience the same incident at a later date, then be friends with him. You can provide assistance, guidance to protection for them.
Making friends with people with the aim of helping them will also make you a useful person.
5. Get them to consult
Feelings of hurt after receiving unpleasant bullying may still be stored in the hearts of the 'victims'. Getting them to consult or join the community is one way to get rid of it all.
Now there are also many services for victims of bullying that are ready to accommodate their feelings and bad experiences so far.
Helping each other hand in hand may be simple things for us, but for those who get help, it all has a very profound meaning. Make yourself a useful person, so that your life becomes meaningful.
So, Guys, Have you been bullied? Or have you ever bullied someone? How did you feel at that time? Comment below 👇
To be Honest, I have never been bullied or bullied my friends. My friends and I know what good and bad jokes are. so we take care of each other's feelings. After all, bullying is useless and a waste of time. We can use the time for positive things instead of bullying someone.
One of the biggest bullying issues in my opinion is the case of Selena Gomez being bullied by fans because she has lupus erythematosus. And This is a Story :
Selena Gomez Confided in being Bullied while Fighting Lupus
KOMPAS.com - Singer Selena Gomez revealed how she went through the most difficult times in her life. In recent years, the singer of "Lose You To Love Me" has experienced many storms at almost all points of her life. Not only was she struggling with her health problems due to lupus, but they were gradually starting to affect her mental health as well.
She explained in a recent interview with Giving Back Generation that having lupus had a direct impact on her weight. According to the 27-year-old virgin, high blood pressure and drug consumption due to lupus have contributed to her weight gain.
"For me, I really noticed when people started attacking me for it (weight gain). It was important to me, it really messed me up a little bit," said Gomez. Because of that she had decided to leave social media for a moment. She then finally returned, but this time Gomez only focused on her timeline.
"I am very happy with living my life and being present. Because of that. I post photos and leave; for me that's all. I will walk the red carpet, I will do whatever; I don't have to see it; I participate; I feel outside. ordinary and to the extent that. I don't care about exposing myself to everyone and hearing what they have to say, "she said.
Gomez also hopes that many people will follow the principles of social media. Because she engages so many beautiful girls and different amazing characters that are destroyed by the image they are trying to pursue. "They want to be completely different people, but that's not what they are in," said Gomez.
The pop star added that she too was a victim of the social media trap. "I understand. I used to look at other people's pages and I would say, 'OK, I have to fix myself'," she said. Finally Gomez was able to get through the struggle. "I don't believe that I can go through this life alone," said Gomez.
what do you think, guys?
In My Opinion, as fans we should support her and not bully her. The support given is in the form of enthusiasm, maybe we can also pray for her that she can get well soon. If on the contrary, we bully her what happens is not that he becomes healthy but her condition may get worse because of words that should not be said, she could be stressed.
So guys, in essence, whatever the nature of other people, we must be able to accept it. Because no human is perfect. Embrace and encourage them. That in real life, what if on social media? We can also use polite language on social media. Spread positive content. If we get hoax news, we better find out the truth first, don't just spread it later it will cause misunderstanding, maybe it could also be to the authorities. and ya, STOP BULLYING !!!

BIOGRAPHY OF R.A KARTINI Raden Adjeng Kartini , in full Lady Raden Adjeng Kartini , (born April 21, 1879, Majong, Java [Indonesia]—died September 17, 1904, Rembang Regency, Java), Javanese noblewoman whose letters made her an important symbol for the Indonesian independence movement and for Indonesian feminists . Her father being a Javanese aristocrat working for the Dutch colonial administration as governor of the Japara Regency (an administrative district), Kartini had the unusual opportunity to attend a Dutch school, which exposed her to Western ideas and made her fluent in Dutch. During adolescence, when she was forced to withdraw to the cloistered existence prescribed by tradition for a Javanese girl of noble birth, she began to correspond with several Dutch friends from her school days. She also knew and was influenced by Mevrouw Ovink-Soer, wife of a Dutch official and a dedicated socialist and feminist. In her letters Kartini ...
